Our strategic planning process will include three phases of development:

• One-on-one interviews with key stakeholders
• Group discussions with hand-selected focus groups
• Collaborative brainstorming and goal setting

Strategic Analysis

• Identifying opportunities, as well as challenges
• Determining measures of success

Action Planning

• Identifying actions steps for each primary work goal
• Clarifying who is responsible and timelines for completion
